This organic coffee is roasted locally in upstate New York. It comes fresh, roasted within a week of an order. It comes from small farmers and is sustainably produced, and the farms change with the season.

We're currently offering La Pradera Coffee from Columbia. The La Pradera estate is located in the mountains close to the Chicamocha canyon. At 1700 meters it receives the perfect conditions to grow amazing coffee. The canyon provides low humidity, good sunlight and warm winds. With over 350,000 trees, the family tends to a variety of different coffee types including Tabi, Typica, Geisha and Bourbon varietals. In addition this coffee is certified Organic. 

La Pradera tastes of sweet citrus, milk chocolate, toasted nuts and a hunt of raspberry fruit. The mouth feel is silky and the acidity is nicely balanced.
