5 Week Ashtanga Beginner Series

We’re offering a 5-week course to learn Ashtanga from the ground up. Class will be held on Thursdays starting January 3 from 6:45pm to 7:45pm. Class is taught by Meg McAuliffe, a friend and fellow Ashtangi who studied with me this summer in Boulder with Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor. She’ll guide you through an overview of the Ashtanga method and teach out the fundamental postures of the primary series to build confidence in the Mysore room. You don’t need any experience with yoga to attend.
