Ashtanga yoga is a traditional yoga method that can purify the body, mind and nervous system when practiced with the correct counting and breathing technique. The beauty of Ashtanga is that anyone can learn it: young, old, sick or healthy. This method is meant to be a personal practice that one can practice at whatever pace or intensity works for that individual.
